Our service strategy is to put the clients first. We will treat them with respect, listen to their concerns, and provide them with a strategy that meets all of their needs. TMG will promote clean energy technologies that will reduce their clients' carbon footprints and their energy costs. We will showcase the environmental and the economic benefits that they will receive when they move forward with TMG.

We will ensure that each potential clients will receive all the information they need to be completely comfortable with their energy solutions. We will also implement a client referral program in which current clients will be able to answer questions and concerns from any potential client. TMG is a “one-stop-shop” where we can do everything in-house, including design, engineering, installation, commissioning, operating, and maintenance.

Within the last ten years, the evolution of programs promoting energy conservation, alternate energy production, and the use of sustainable practices in construction and facilities operations have been myriad. Changes in the economy and in the federal, state, and local government, coupled with the advance in sustainable energy technologies, have created a quagmire of programs, which are often underutilized by the intended consumers.

TMG’s staff of professionals optimizes the capture of these incentives through analysis and the implementation of available systems. These are tailored to the facilities' or organizations' requirements and future goals. We identify the appropriate programs and carry the process through to verification in order to realize the full proposed funding potential for the consumer.

TMG begins with a complete survey of the existing facilities' mechanical and electrical systems. Through proprietary software, we present a “profile” for the property. This “profile” identifies all of the available “Green” incentives, including, but not limited to federal, state, utility, and local programs. The system prioritizes the incentives based on benefit, hierarchy, and schedule to capture. This “schedule to capture” is the most important aspect of the incentive process.  As the sustainable programs get smarter in the way they reward true energy savings, they are more frequently utilizing one year to three year verification periods. During these periods, in order to receive the full incentive, the initially submitted performance criteria must be monitored, recorded, and filed with the respective program. TMG has become an industry leader in the execution and fulfillment of these complex verification periods.
