Edward F. Miller, Chief Executive Officer and President TMG Energy Corp. and TMG Energy Services Inc., has extensive experience in the New York metropolitan area construction industry. As the owner of The Miller Group, a large scale mechanical and general construction company, he was responsible for ensuring prominent buildings in New York City were constructed under budget and on time. The Miller Group developed a niche specializing in "Green" and LEED building technologies.

 

From August 2008 to March 2011, Mr. Miller served as the Vice President of Operations of American DG Energy Inc. (AMEX: ADGE).  During his time at American DG Energy, Mr. Miller modernized the process by which CHP (Combined Heat and Power) projects are profiled, installed, operated and maintained.  His knowledge of buildings' mechanical systems and an ability to integrate sustainable technologies allowed him to bridge a gap between theory and application that had not been done before.  For the two years immediately prior to joining ADGE, Mr. Miller was an industry- leading consultant specializing in large-scale risk analysis and default surveys for some of the largest “green” and “sustainable” mechanical projects in the world.  In his home market of New York and abroad, Mr. Miller advised surety underwriters as to the best courses of action to get impaired contracts completed and limit cost overruns. 

 

Edward Miller has developed four patent technologies that will revolutionize the clean energy industry making it more affordable to implement wind, tidal, cogeneration, and geothermal systems. These technologies expect to be launched sometime in Q2 of 2012.

 

Edward Miller graduated first in his class from the U.S. Naval Intelligence Center in Dam Neck, Virginia. He served as an Intelligence Specialist to several commands including the Naval Special Warfare Command and Fleet Intelligence Center Pacific. Mr. Miller is a veteran of Operation Desert Storm.

Joseph F. McGuire, Chief Financial Officer, has more than 23 years of executive management experience in the chief financial officer capacity in both public and private companies. Mr. McGuire manages the accounting and reporting functions and will assist in other departmental areas including investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, financing the company’s operations and will participate in planning and executing the business plan.

 

Mr. McGuire’s previous experience includes working as Chief Financial Officer for American Access Technologies Inc., a NASDAQ company, that went from start-up phase to a merger and the company is now known as American Electric Technologies, Inc. In addition, Mr. McGuire also has worked with Kenneth G. Tropin of Graham Capital Management at both Dean Witter and John W. Henry & Co. for over 7 years. McGuire previously was CFO for John W. Henry & Co., FNDS3000 Corp, Hirst Investment Management, Inc., MHR Fund Management and Link Strategic Investors and has held management positions with Dean Witter Reynolds, Paine Webber, Inc., and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. McGuire graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BS in Accounting.
